Francis “Beaka” Geshel passed away on July 6th, 2022 at St Mary’s Hospital in Greenbay at the age of 86.
Francis was born on 12/17/1935 the son of the late George and Mamie Geshel.
Francis is survived by his wife Rita (Beehler) of Hancock; daughters, Cheryl (Kevin) Mihelich of Calumet; Lori Geshel of Dodgeville; Vickie Johnson of Hancock; Granddaughter Jocelyn Dube of Houghton & great grandchildren Jordana & Korbin Sever, Krista (Josh) Siler of Crystal Falls; Sister Helen Belisle of Lansing; brother in law & friend Earl Kleven; & numerous nieces and nephews.
Francis was prededed in death by his first wife Patricia Grandchamp, grandson Chad Peterson, brothers and sisters, George, Rudy, Mamie, Eleanore, Christina, Ralph, Margaret, Virgil, Evelyn, and friend Steve Strauch.
A graveside service will be planned in the near future. Ryan Funeral Home is serving the family.
