Nora Perala Obituary

Calumet – Nora Lee Stella-Perala age 69, passed away on Thursday July 8th at her home. She was born in Detroit, Michigan a daughter of Dominic and Margaret (Taiplus) Stella. She served in the U.S. Army as a nurse and was honorably discharged. She was a spitfire with a heart of gold. She was one of a kind, if you were lucky enough to know her, you never forgot her. She was also known as the Pasty Queen. She is survived by her five children, Braun, Lavelle, Gwendolynn, Timica and Timothy; her eight grandchildren Shana, Ashleigh, Lavelle, Shalynn, Majesta, Mica, Starla and Braun, and her two great-grandchildren Ameera and Jesse. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. Ryan Funeral Home is serving the family.
