Ronna Lee Baratono

Iron Mountain Michigan – Ronna Lee Baratono 66, passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at the Marshfield Clinic -Dickinson.  She was a daughter of Gabriel and Marcella Baratono and had resided at the Birchwood Adult Foster Care in Quinnesec, MI for the past 19 years.  She was preceded in death by two brothers, Gabriel Clyde and Clarence Baratono.  Surviving are her twin sister, Rene (Randy Tousignant) Carey of Kingsford,MI ; her nieces Erica and Stephanie (Juan), and grandnieces Jaxon and Anaiya Maefield and other nieces and nephews.  Ronna leaves behind many special friends including her caregivers, Melody Beres, Amy, Shirley, and Melody M.  She was a very special person with a heart of gold, kindhearted and helped anyone who needed her.  Ronna would always want to do chores at home and at the Phoenix Center as “nobody does it like I did it”.  She enjoyed picnics, bowling in the Special Olympics, eating out with sister and friends.  She also enjoyed her “family” at the AFC home.  Ronna always had a smile on her face and was a very happy soul.  She will be missed by many at Northpointe (her case managers were Denise and Deb W).  Ryan Funeral Home of Calumet, MI is serving the family.  Graveside Services are scheduled for May 26, 2023 at 12:00 noon.
